MVP just announced Project Lab Coat – a visual refresh of the MVP Disc Sports lineup in 2026. As the year progresses and new discs are manufactured, Project Lab Coat designs will replace classic stamps. MVP states that the discs are going to fly the same and this is purely a visual refresh.
What’s changing?
- MVP Discs will switch to a white overmold instead of black. This keeps the MVP family of discs consistent between Eclipse, Neutron and Proton. This also ‘brightens up’ the colours of the discs, making them easier to find while playing.
- Stamps will be refreshed for both the MVP and Axiom family. Some plastics such as fission will have a more subtle refresh, while Neutron and Proton are getting a complete design overhaul.
- Black rims will one of many available colour options for Axiom discs.
- There will be a slight price increase for Project Lab Coat discs.
- Classic design discs may be discounted later in the year, if stock is still available.
These changes will roll out through 2026, starting with the most popular discs in the lineup. For more information, please see MVP Disc Sport’s announcement.
